Thomas D. Helmholdt is a shareholder in the firm's Troy office. He joined Young Basile in 1985.
Practice Summary:
Mr. Helmholdt concentrates his practice on patent/trademark prosecution, patent searches, validity studies, infringement opinions, and freedom to operate studies. His focus is on mechanical and electrical technologies, including automobiles and medical devices.
He frequently manages the filing of international and foreign patent applications.
