Firm Elects New Executive Management
The firm is please to announce the election of new executive management:
Andrew R. Basile, Jr. Chairman of the Board
Thomas Helmholdt Treasurer
Denise Glassmeyer Secretary and Board Member
Marshall MacFarlane Board Member
Until recently, the firm has been under the management of its founding partners, Andrew
Basile, Sr. and Thomas Young. Basile, Sr. and Young will continue to practice law full time and will remain shareholders of the firm. However, after 30 years of administrative leadership, they are both pleased to refocus on their first love, the practice of law.
The new executive team looks forward to building on the founders’ success.
