Young Basile Attorney Christopher G. Darrow Appointed "Technical Advisor" in a Patent Infringement Case Involving Plastic Molding Technology

Troy, Mich., Jan. 3, 2011 Patent attorney Christopher G. Darrow has been appointed a "Technical Advisor" in a patent infringement case by the Honorable Sean Cox in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan. In his role as a Technical Advisor, Mr. Darrow will assist in claim construction and other issues involving plastic molding technology for the automobile industry.

Mr. Darrow practices in the areas of patent, trademark, copyright, and trade secret law, with a focus on litigation and licensing. Mr. Darrow previously served as a law clerk to the Honorable Paul D. Borman in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.

Mr. Darrow received an L.L.M. in intellectual property law from The George Washington University Law School, a J.D. from Wayne State University Law School, and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Michigan State University.
