Christopher G. Darrow Appointed a "Special Master" in a Patent Infringement Case to the Honorable Avern Cohn

Patent attorney Christopher G. Darrow has been appointed a "Special Master" in a patent infringement case to the Honorable Judge Avern Cohn in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan. In his role as a Special Master, Mr. Darrow will assist Judge Cohn in claim construction issues in a case dealing with automobile window technology.

Mr. Darrow practices in the areas of patent, trademark, copyright, and trade secret law, with a focus on litigation and licensing. Mr. Darrow also serves as a special advisor to a federal judge in developing a model scheduling order for patent infringement cases. Mr. Darrow previously served as a law clerk to the Honorable Paul D. Borman in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.
